Payment Terms
NET 30 DAY S. Quantity Discounts are a part of our terms and are cancelled if payment is made beyond 30 days.
Occasionally we will have to change a price without notice due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping
F.O.B. our Lincolnwood (Chicago) Warehouse. Freight Charges and Claims- We will ship 'freight collect' F.O. B. shipping point. The carrier will expect to collect freight charges upon delivery. Claims for loss or damage in transit should be made immediately. UPS will be used whenever possible and a small handling charge will be added to the invoice.

Warranty
Return of Goods and Warranty - Please call for a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number. There will be a restocking charge of 20% or $25.00 whichever is greater, unless we are at fault. Goods must be returned in original cartons and in sellable condition. All items are warranted by the manufacturer against failure caused solely by defective workmanship or materials. Unless otherwise stated in writing, seller makes no warranty that the containers, closures, and any other items depicted or described herein are fit for any particular purpose.
